The FMUSER DTV4459D 48-Channel IP QAM RF Modulator, developed by DEXIN, is an all-in-one device that handles multiplexing, scrambling, and modulating. With 48 multiplexing channels, 12 scrambling channels, and 48 QAM modulating channels, this device supports up to 1536 IP input through its 3 GE ports and can output up to 48 non-adjacent carriers (50MHz~960MHz) through its RF output interface. It also has dual RF output ports that broaden the bandwidth for QAM carriers.

This modulator supports up to 512 PIDs remapping per output channel, 6 simulcrypt CAs, and 12 scrambling channels. Additionally, it can output 48 IP channels over UDP/RTP/RTSP, with IP channels 1~24 out through Data1, and IP channels 25~48 out through Data2. It can output 48 non-adjacent QAM carriers, with carrier channels 1~24 out through RF1 and carrier channels 25~48 out through RF2.

This device supports RS (204,188) encoding and offers features such as accurate PCR adjusting/CA filtering, PID remapping, and PSI/SI editing. It also comes with web-based network management.
